I had been eagerly waiting for Patricia and Nik’s wedding ever since their passionate engagement session. I always knew their wedding would be special and it certainly was. Their wedding weekend, at the end of October, was the perfect weekend for fall foliage in Derry, New Hampshire. The radiant colors surrounded LaBelle Winery, creating the perfect backdrop for their romantic wedding.
Alexis & AJ’s Wedding at Bear Brook State Park
The 2023 wedding season proved to be quite a wet affair, especially during the summer months. At one point, I started to wonder if I was a rain magnet, bringing showers to every wedding I photographed. By mid-season, I had abandoned checking the weather altogether; the stress just wasn't worth it. Yet, rain or shine, I've always found a silver lining in the form of stunning photos amidst downpours. Luckily for Alexis and AJ, they broke my rainy streak, becoming my first wedding of the year untouched by rain. Their mid-October celebration at Bear Brook State Park was nothing short of incredible.

As the temperature began to cool and the leaves began changing colors, my busy season as a wedding photographer started with Bianca and Dan’s enchanting wedding at the awe-inspiring Tarbin Gardens. The bride had initially described their wedding as a wonderful blend of witchy and nerdy, which is a theme that was able to connect with immediately and only made me more excited for their special day.
