Adventure Elopement in Acadia National Park | Peak Foliage Elopement Photography | Foggy Sunrise

Chelsea and Ryan’s intimate elopement was an adventure of a lifetime and a dream come true for me, as a wedding photographer. I drove for 4 hours and woke up before the sunrise to accompany the adventurous couple through some of the most beautiful places Acadia National Park has to offer.

Our morning began with homemade pancakes and lots of coffee. Once the gorgeous bride was ready we made our way to Acadia’s famous Hunter’s Beach. After a short hike to the beach the couple shared their vows to each other, alongside their dog, Milo. The morning was incredibly foggy, which limited the view, but it created naturally moody and unique wedding photography.

We spent all day exploring Acadia. Literally, from sunrise to sunset. We enjoyed a short break, while the bride and groom shared a romantic picnic, which was provided by Luxury Picnics Acadia. After lunch, and a short nap for the bride and Milo, we continued our adventure of exploring the park and creating remarkable photos. Acadia National Park’s beauty can’t be described, simply with words, but it is the perfect location for an adventure elopement in New England. I’ve shared some of my favorites photos from Chelsea and Ryan’s adventure elopement and I’m going to let them speak for themselves.
